Step 1: Build the Crust
In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sprinkles. Stir until everything looks like damp sand. Press firmly into a 9×13-inch dish to form an even base. Chill in the fridge while you prep the next layer.
Step 2: Make the Pineapple Cheesecake Layer
Beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy. Fold in the drained pineapple, then gently mix in the whipped topping. Spread evenly over the chilled crust. Return to the fridge to set slightly.
Step 3: Prepare the Strawberry Layer
Dissolve the gelatin in boiling water, stirring until fully smooth. Add cold water and fresh strawberries, then fold in whipped topping. Spread this layer carefully over the pineapple mixture. Cover and refrigerate for 1–2 hours until set.
Step 4: Banana Cream Layer
Mix whipped topping with chopped bananas.Spread evenly over the strawberry layer as the final creamy layer.
Step 5: Chill & Set
Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 4–6 hours. Overnight is even better for perfect slices.
