1. Mix the Batter
Grab a blender and add condensed milk, evaporated milk, coconut milk, flour, sugar, eggs, and melted margarine. Blend until the mixture looks silky smooth with no lumps.
2. Prep the Pan
Grease and lightly flour a Bundt pan to prevent sticking. Pour the batter in evenly.
Pro move: Tap the pan gently on the counter to release air bubbles.
3. Bake the Cake
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake for 30–60 minutes, depending on your oven. Check doneness by inserting a toothpick into the center—if it comes out clean, you’re good to go.
Important: Keep an eye on it after 30 minutes to avoid overbaking.
4. Make the Coconut Topping
While the cake bakes, combine coconut milk, sugar, and shredded coconut in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until it thickens slightly and starts to bubble. Remove from heat and let it cool for a few minutes.
5. Finish the Cake
Once the cake comes out of the oven, pour the warm coconut topping over it while it’s still hot.
