Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients
Make sure the green tea has already been brewed and chilled. Remove the pits from the dates and measure out the remaining ingredients so everything is ready to blend.
Step 2: Add Everything to the Blender
Place the frozen berries, cooled green tea, yogurt, pitted dates, and chia seeds into a high-speed blender.
Step 3: Blend Until Smooth
Blend the mixture for about 45–60 seconds, or until the texture becomes creamy and smooth. Stop and scrape down the sides if necessary to ensure everything blends evenly.
Step 4: Adjust the Texture
If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash more green tea. For a thicker consistency, add a few extra frozen berries or a small spoonful of yogurt.
Step 5: Serve Immediately
Pour the smoothie into a tall glass and enjoy right away while it’s cold and fresh.
