1. Preheat & Prep
Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper and arrange the phyllo shells evenly so they’re ready to fill.`
2. Cook the Ham
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Toss in the diced ham and cook for a few minutes until slightly golden and fragrant. Spoon a small amount into each shell.
3. Mix the Filling
In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, garlic powder, and thyme until smooth and well combined.
4. Assemble the Quiches
Carefully pour the egg mixture into each shell, filling them about 3/4 full. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top of each one.
5. Bake to Perfection
Slide the tray into the oven and bake for around 20–25 minutes, until the centers are set and slightly puffed.
6. Garnish & Serve
Let them cool for a few minutes, then sprinkle with chives if desired. Serve warm and watch them disappear fast.
