Ingredients
Method
1. Season the Beef
Lightly sprinkle the beef chunks with salt and pepper to enhance their flavor before cooking.
2. Build the Base
Place the seasoned beef into the slow cooker. Add the sliced onions, minced garlic, and freshly grated ginger over the top.
3. Pour in the Broth
Add the beef broth and water. Stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, and brown sugar until everything is well combined.
4. Start the Slow Cooking
Cover the slow cooker with its lid. Cook on low for about 8 hours or high for around 4 hours.
5. Let the Beef Become Tender
Allow the mixture to cook until the beef turns incredibly soft and easily pulls apart with a fork.
6. Cook the Noodles
About 10 minutes before serving, prepare the ramen noodles in a separate pot following the package instructions.
7. Add the Spinach
Just before serving, stir the baby spinach into the slow cooker. The heat from the broth will gently wilt the leaves.
8. Assemble the Bowls
Divide the cooked noodles into serving bowls. Spoon the hot beef and flavorful broth over the noodles.
9. Finish with Toppings
Sprinkle sliced green onions on top. Add soft-boiled eggs and drizzle chili oil or Sriracha if you enjoy a bit of spice.
